I specialise in Property Law, dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including the sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold property, right-to-buy acquisitions, and the grant of new leases. I am also involved with refinances.

 

Experience

· Acting for numerous buyers on off-plan purchases in Liverpool and Manchester

· Numerous refinance and purchase of family homes

· Acting for a client in the sale of their family home and subsequent purchase, with both properties being worth in excess of £2,000,000

· Acting for a client (company) on the refinance of more than 10 properties.

· Acting for an Executor for the transfer of separation of 36 properties out of a freehold title to family members

· Acting for foreign investors – e.g. Dubai and the Middle East

 

On the weekend I… I like to keep myself active and prepare myself for the week. I also like spending time with family and socialising with friends and travel when the time allows it.
