I support a variety of clients ranging from first-time buyers to buy-to-let investors, domestically and internationally, as well as companies with large property portfolios.

I also have expertise in advising on the purchase and sale of leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages, transfers in equity, granting of new leases and lease extensions. I am also very familiar with new build work, acting for both buyers and developers.

 

Experience

· Instructed by multiple purchasers of various new build schemes attending exhibitions in the Far East and London

· I deal with high volume of transactions working closely with two well established North London estate agencies

I qualified in 2014 and became a Partner in the Residential Property Department in 2020.

 

On the weekend I… enjoy playing golf and supporting my football team, Arsenal as well as spending quality time with my young family.

 

On my first day at YVA… I am not sure what happened! Not because it was unmemorable but YVA is such a part of my DNA it’s hard to pinpoint my first experience of the firm. I am a third-generation lawyer here and growing up, YVA was part of the family.
