I am an experienced litigator, primarily dealing with commercial litigation but I also have experience in complex property acquisitions on behalf of Top 500 rich list clients.

My diverse skillset, commercial nous and single-minded drive to get the best possible outcome for my clients means I am regularly instructed to support on complex and high-stakes disputes and I have extensive experience in both the High Court and County Court.

My expertise in commercial and property litigation includes:

· Landlord and Tenant disputes including service charge disputes and commercial lease renewals

· Obtaining Freezing Injunctions, search and Seizure Orders, TOLATA claims

· Partnership disputes

· Contract disputes

· Negligence claims

· Claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment and redundancy and I have successfully represented both employers and employees in cases before the employment tribunal

· Commercial and residential property transactions as well as company acquisitions including the purchase of Luton Town Football Club

 

Experience

I became partner in 2013 after joining YVA in 2010. Previous to this I spent 14 years at a City law firm. I qualified as a Legal Executive in 1997.

 

On the weekend I… am now resigned in my latter years to being a spectator after being a keen sportsman.
