Paul Yiannakas

I am a Solicitor within the property department at YVA Solicitors LLP.

I completed my training contract at YVA Solicitors LLP and qualified as a solicitor in September 2014. I became a partner on 1 April 2020.

I specialise in Property Law dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including the purchases and sales of flats and houses, transfers of equity, refinancing, leases and lease extensions.

Outside of work my true passion is watching and playing football. Having had the pleasure of playing for Arsenal Football Club it is safe to say that I continue to be a  fanatical supporter of the club.

When not playing football and particularly in the summer months, you are most likely to find me on the golf course.
