Maria Demetriou

I recently joined YVA Solicitors as the front-of-house receptionist. Having not had any previous reception experience, I was apprehensive about taking on this new role. Although challenging at times, with the help and support from my colleagues, I soon settled into the new position. Amongst many other tasks, my role as a receptionist includes, greeting clients upon their arrival and diverting post and calls to the relevant personnel.

On the weekend…
I enjoy going out for dinner and spending time with my friends and family.

On my first day…
I was extremely nervous as I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, that I quickly fell into my new environment. I am very happy to be part of the YVA team.
