Legal Aid

We hold a franchise from the Legal Services Commission in relation to housing, immigration, family and criminal law. This means that subject to financial eligibility and the merits of the case, Legal Services Funding can be obtained through our firm.

We also hold a contract to provide Legal Help which is a lower level of funding. Clients on lower incomes will benefit, as they will be able to obtain "free" advice. In emergency cases we are able to grant funding on the spot using our devolved powers thereby saving considerable time. This enables matters to be bought before the court at the earliest opportunity.
