We guide clients through divorce, judicial separation proceedings and the financial aspects of the breakdown of a marriage/relationship. We can also assist clients in relation to any problems they may be having relating to children matters whether it be private or public law. Appropriate applications may be lodged on behalf of clients to secure residence or contact orders and we can represent clients in relation to any care proceedings the local authority may commence. We are also able to obtain non molestation and occupation orders on an emergency basis where there are instances of domestic violence. We should emphasise that we are able to provide support, guidance and practical advice in this very sensitive area of law.
