Employment

Our employment department represents both employers and employess in relation to all aspects of employment law including matters of unfair dismissal, redundancy, sex, race and disability discrimination, and we can advise on a range of issues in respect of employment contracts.

If matters become contentious we can guide and advise clients throughout the process of making an appropriate application to an Employment Tribunal and assist in completing the relevant procedural forms. We can also arrange for representation at the tribunal hearings. We are prepared to consider representing employees on a "no win no fee" basis.
